Hey there Momma! I’m Briana, the original Mighty Mom and creator of Mighty Mom Fit. I am a mom to four little’s (6,5, 3, and my littlest just turned 1!) and I have quit the experience being pregnant, staying fit and healthy, and bouncing back after baby.
I know how important it is to feel, and live, a fit and healthy lifestyle. Not only for myself, but for my family as well. It can be extremely difficult as a mom, wife, business leader, etc. to eat healthy, stay active, and get your workout in. I totally get it! This is why I created Mighty Mom Fit! To help new moms, moms – to – be, veteran moms, and just all around busy moms (I think that’s all of us!) stay healthy, get fit, and feel AMAZING!
But pstt! These programs aren’t just for the momma’s. My programs work for everyone! I have helped hundreds of people (men included!) change their health and fitness habits while reaching their goals over the last three years!
I am a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and I have additional certifications in Perinatal Fitness and Nutrition for Sports and Exercise (maybe..)
